Ms. Tyagi is actively assists our clients in navigating Civil and Family cases. She actively represents our clients in civil and family actions, as a member of the firm’s litigation team. She also assists our client with a variety of incidental legal services , including the applications for licenses, registration of marriages, compounding of traffic tickets and registration of wills. Aneesha is actively assists our clients in navigating the administrative process in order to obtain the necessary license, or permits registration of documents with the appropriate authorities or transfer or conveyance of property in various types of transactions.

Shakshi Varma NK. acquired her degree BA-LLB(Hons) from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, and LLM in Constitutional Law from Amity University, Gurugram. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India and the Bar Council of Delhi. She has prior experience assisting attorneys and counsels in courts and tribunals in Delhi and Tamil Nadu. She has worked as the Legal head in Oncquest laboratories, Gurugram, as an Associate under Advocate Ashutosh Lohia, Delhi, as an Associate under Advocate Balachander, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, as an Associate under Advocate Vijay Surana, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. She has a keen interest in matrimonial and criminal matters.

Mr. Sharma is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and has a knack for drafting and pleading. He holds a good record of successful representation of clientele at securing refunds from builders/developers in RERA complaints and consumer actions. He has also counselled multiple couples in strained matrimonies and has also represented them successfully in pending litigations.
