Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 requires employers to provide a safe and respectful work environment. Organizations with 10 or more employees must establish an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and implement policies and procedures to address and prevent workplace harassment.
At Pride & Justice Associates, we assist organizations in meeting their obligations under the POSH Act through legal advisory, policy drafting, compliance reviews, and structured training programs. Our services include conducting awareness workshops, assisting with complaint procedures, and providing External Member support to Internal Complaints Committees.
We help organizations strengthen internal grievance mechanisms and maintain compliance with statutory requirements. Non-compliance with the POSH Act may attract financial penalties and regulatory consequences, making proper implementation and awareness essential for every workplace.
