Pride & Justice is not founded on a legacy of eminent lawyers or jurists but has a vision to create one for itself through thought leadership. The team derives its value from the achievements of the self-made individuals that it comprises of and instead of delving into a specific niche, we cater to a broad spectrum of practice areas such as civil and criminal litigation, matrimonial discord and disputes, RERA complaints, prosecution of dishonor of cheque, recovery of debts through SARFAESI Act or arbitration, administration of Trusts, RTI activism, surrogacy, legal metrology, industrial disputes between employer and employee, consumer protection, prevention of sexual harassment at workplace and cyber law. Be that as it may, the ambit of our services is not confined to pleadings and litigation before judicial or quasi-judicial fora but also extends to incidental services such as drafting of deeds and contracts, registration of intellectual property, registration of societies, corporate compliance, wills and other instruments of succession, license applications and tax consultancy.
Our Commitment
Through our commitment to social responsibility, we serve our communities by rendering “pro bono” legal services and supporting social responsibility initiatives. The firm has committed to achieve an average of 30 pro bono hours per Advocate per year. Our work in the pro-bono space extends to assisting on formulation of community sensitive and meaningful policies, laws and legal frameworks to facilitate economic and social development at the national, regional, city and neighbourhood levels as well as providing free legal aid to the underprivileged who cannot afford legal representation.
