I am Eshaan Sanghi, an advocate and founder of Eshaan Sanghi & Associates, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Holding a BBA. LLB. (Hons.) degree, I bring a comprehensive legal practice that spans both courtroom advocacy and transactional advisory work.

I appear regularly before the Rajasthan High Court, Sessions Court, Commercial Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT — Jaipur & Delhi), NCLAT Delhi, RERA Authority, and Consumer Forums at the District, State, and National levels. Over the years, I have developed a strong preference for counsel practice — I thrive in the courtroom, and that energy reflects in the way I represent my clients.
